1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this platform—including but not limited to watermarked MP4 preview loops, uncompressed REDCODE RAW (.R3D) sensor files, master ProRes transcodes, high-resolution aerial drone captures, sound recordings, metadata cards, taxonomy database structures, and text layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Indo Pacific Stock and its contributing cinematographers.

All creative elements are protected under international copyright treaties, national maritime documentation acts, and intellectual property laws worldwide. No title, ownership rights, or underlying property structures transfer to you through your browsing interaction or standard system usage.

2. Permitted Use & Preview Restrictions

The low-resolution, watermarked video loops displayed across our storefront grids are provided strictly for evaluation, internal layout testing, and client review pipelines (commonly referred to as "Comp Use").

Prohibited Web Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from using automated scrapers, bots, web-crawlers, download scripts, or extraction algorithms to bulk-harvest our video loops or JSON database records into external media assets or storage drives.

AI Training Ban: You may not use any media asset or metadata parameter hosted on this site to train, fine-tune, optimize, or test any artificial intelligence (AI) model, neural network, machine learning sequence, or automated video generation framework.

No Public Display: You may not publish, broadcast, stream, redistribute, or publicly showcase any un-licensed preview loop on any public server, social network, or broadcast timeline.

3. Commercial Rights-Managed Licensing

All commercial utilization, public broadcast, theatrical distribution, digital marketing deployment, or editorial publication of our cinematic assets requires a valid, fully counter-signed Rights-Managed (RM) License Agreement and a fully cleared commercial invoice payment.

Our licenses are highly specific and calculated based on precise media parameters, distribution territories, project duration, and platform reach. Uncompressed camera masters (RED RAW or ProRes 422 HQ) will only be securely delivered via private networks after formal commercial terms are fully executed and paid.

4. Model and Property Releases

Indo Pacific Stock explicitly indexes its natural history, herpetofauna, aerial, and cultural documentation assets with clear tags denoting whether or not a valid Model Release or Property Release is locked to the asset.

For clips designated without a model release, the content is provided strictly for Editorial Use Only (e.g., news broadcasts, historical educational documentaries, non-commercial scientific papers). The Licensee assumes all legal liability and clearance processing responsibility if they choose to use un-released assets inside a paid commercial advertising layout campaign.

5. Custom Assignment Hire

In the event that the required underwater, terrestrial wildlife, aerial, or cultural sequences cannot be discovered within our active archive, Indo Pacific Stock is available for custom field assignment production hire. All field productions, drone deployment operations, and marine camera housing configurations operate under independent, binding master service contracts completely separate from these standard website terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indo Pacific Stock provides this website, its database filter tools, and its proxy streaming links on an "as-is" and "as-available" baseline structure. We make no warranty that our local networks or global edge file deliveries will run 100% uninterrupted or free from temporary network server dropouts. Under no circumstances shall Indo Pacific Stock be held legally responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential project losses or timeline editing delays incurred by your production team.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms, alongside all core licensing operations, are governed strictly by the laws and legal frameworks of the Republic of Singapore. Any official corporate mediation or formal legal challenges arising out of your utilization of this web footprint must be filed and arbitrated within the designated regulatory courts of Singapore.
