Rights-Managed License Terms

1. Overview and Model Definition

This Rights-Managed Motion Picture License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms by which commercial media production entities license cinematographic master files from Indo Pacific Stock, a subsidiary operating under Blue Carbon Media.

Critical Notice for Broadcast Buyers: Indo Pacific Stock operates strictly on a Rights-Managed (RM) distribution model. We do not sell royalty-free digital content. The specific scope of use, territorial distribution, media application, and exclusivity limits are tied directly to your custom commercial invoice parameters.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the timely execution of your corporate invoice payment, Indo Pacific Stock grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive (unless explicitly stated otherwise via a premium Exclusivity Multiplier contract modifier) license to integrate the designated master video files into your specific media production asset timeline.

3. Permitted Applications

The standard Rights-Managed tracking parameters map across the following approved deployment fields as defined by your custom licensing layer and corporate invoice parameters:

• Broadcast Television & On-Demand Services (SVOD/AVOD): Inclusion within linear broadcast television networks, premium subscription video-on-demand networks (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, and Disney+), and advertiser-supported streaming platforms.
• Theatrical & Commercial Movies: Integration into feature-length commercial motion pictures, independent cinema releases, film festival screenings, and global theatrical distribution networks.
• Commercial Marketing & Advertising: Deployment within digital marketing pipelines, high-ticket corporate brand films, paid social media campaigns, and localized promotional presentations.
• Digital, Editorial, & Educational Media: Integration into secure web applications, online news publications, academic research archives, and travel destination showcases.

4. Prohibited Applications and Restrictions

To preserve the absolute commercial integrity of our high-resolution cinema archives, the following usage actions are strictly prohibited under copyright law:

• You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, or share raw, standalone uncompressed master footage files via open-access networks, public file shares, or competing stock footage libraries.
• You may not utilize any media assets from Indo Pacific Stock to feed, train, validate, optimize, or generate models for Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms or automated video synthesis machine learning tools.
• You may not register the licensed media footage within any digital fingerprinting database, Content ID automated scanning platform, or trademark registry in a manner that restricts secondary licensing pipelines.

5. Technical Execution and Delivery

Upon formal validation of clearance fees, Indo Pacific Stock will deliver uncompressed, native master file formats (including up to 8K REDCODE® RAW or uncompressed Apple ProRes 422 HQ containers) directly to your secure server destination nodes. All assets are guaranteed free of visual digital watermarks and optimized for color grading workflows.

6. Metadata and Taxonomy Warranty

Indo Pacific Stock warrants that our biological taxonomy database tags (including common names, scientific Latin classifications, and regional destination markers) are maintained with strict industry precision. However, the final production entity holds ultimate responsibility for verifying factual text placement within their independent broadcast narratives.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is structured and governed in accordance with the corporate laws of Singapore. Any contractual arbitration or legal interpretation disputes will be resolved exclusively through the designated arbitration tribunals of Singapore or domestic regulatory channels.
